To my clients and potential clients - we process you data in order to provide you with product, and commercial photography services, as well as portrait and headshot photography services.

David Dempsey Photography fully recognises your rights to privacy and will not collect or publish any personal information about you through this website without your consent and permission. Any personal information which you may volunteer will be treated with the utmost standard of security and confidentiality.

Personal data :

There may be limited circumstances where our legal basis for proceeding is based upon our written consent - where we have asked for it and you have provided the consent. You can of course withdraw this consent at any time but you must give notice that you are withdrawing this consent. In order to provide a professional service I may ask for certain identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number or address. This data is used solely to provide my professional services, for example a product, portrait or commercial photoshoot.

Deletion of data: You have the right to ask to delete any personal data that is held about you.

Portability of data: You have the right to request to provide you with copy of your data in a readable format.

Processing of data: You have a right to request that we no longer process your data or to object to the processing of your personal data.

In summary, the processing of personal data is based on your consent and this consent can be withdrawn at any time. This does not affect the legality of processing that took place before its  withdrawal.

Google analytics is used for this and this date is not connected to any data I may have about you.
